Look my dear friend, I bet that you can state to me her every single sin, do that, and memorize them, then try as much as you can to articulate why she is the most arrogant idiot that has ever existed, define her behavior very concretely in your brain, and try to recall that pattern that makes her disgusting, many times, now imagine her every possible response, and prepare a counterargument to each one, and keep doing all of that until you feel you could mentally murder her, next time she acts up, point out her narcissistic behavior, how x actions implies undeniably that she is a narcissistic degenerate, after that attack her as much as you want, doesn't hurt if you use some sophisticated insults(degenerate, imbecile, lacking of all self-worth, grotesque is stronger than disgusting ) this mental exercise is very useful in arguments as it usually gives you the upper hand if you are correct, and increases your self confidence.
